Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our facility in Cedar City, Utah.

Free shipping: Orders of $50 or more ship free within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Orders under $50: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the UPS or USPS service you choose.

Alaska, Hawaii and international orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Processing time: Orders typically ship within 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Damaged or missing packages: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at info@durasand.com or (435) 867-0720 within 15 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
